Most amazing God, whose breathtaking power parted the sea of troubles for the Israelites and whose magnanimous generosity fed their hungry souls in the desert, come now and swallow up my doubts and fears, my stress and struggles in Your unfathomable love. I cast my burdens to You now in trust that You will deliver me into freedom.

No Stress

Stress is a mess and clouds the mind from seeing solutions. Miracles happen in the present moment. Stress either drags the past into the present or projects worst case scenarios in the future.
